Yes, AAU basketball is highly competitive, serving various skill levels and offering significant exposure through tournaments and league play locally, regionally, and nationally.
We are selective in choosing our coaches. Coaches play a pivotal role in shaping our children, and we want them to bring out the best in every player, fostering both growth and confidence. Our program emphasizes both skill development and character building. While winning is important, our greater goal is to win with integrity—through trust, respect, a positive attitude, and consistent effort. We aim to cultivate values that will not only help our kids succeed in basketball but also in life. One of our core philosophies is that we succeed or face challenges together as a team. We believe in moving as a united group, where every player is held to the same high standard. We also have a Christian-based approach, but while we are a faith-based club, we will not impose our beliefs on your child. However, you may notice faith-based elements or practices integrated into our program.
We aim to include all interested players. Our development league is a no cut league helping interested players foster their skills and master the fundamentals.
Tryouts are facilitated by coaches who are looking for more than a skilled player. We believe everyone deserves an equal opportunity to develop their skills, but RH emphasizes the importance of teamwork, good sportsmanship, effort, good attitude, and respect.
Team rosters will be communicated via email by the coach shortly after tryouts
Our coaches are what sets us apart from other clubs! We interview and invest in highly qualified coaches who have the same foundations as our mission, beliefs, and values.
